I was born an artist in a northern town named Swan River, Manitoba, in central Canada.
Over the years my artwork has been my place of solstice. I have allways thought of painting as my inner voice.
A place to express my thoughts and opinions on the world, to express my ideas or how I feel about something specific.
As I’ve matured as an artist I’ve found myself gravitating towards a more Abstract way of expression.
More than a representational mirror of reality, it delves deep into the subconscious
where most of our thought processes take place.
Because of this – Abstract Art is capable of tapping into our most primordial emotions and fears.
ABSTRACT ART to me is a more expressive and communicative on a psychological and subliminal level.

Having a connection to my Native Heritage is very important to me.
I’ve always found myself coming back to Traditional Native Art throughout my life.
It gives me a good sense of my roots and I feel more grounded and proud when I can translate what I see into a painting.
Here is where I share My Artwork, Native Stories, Legends, Traditions, and Native Cultural information.
Passed down from generation to generation, I posted them here to educate and
help preserve our Native culture.

Has been chosen to be published by McGraw Hill Ryerson, one of the largest publishers of educational school textbooks in Canada.
The painting will appear in Mathematics Pre-Calculus Grade 12, with 602 pages, English and French, in the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and The Yukon.
With a distribution of 30,000 copies, it will be viewed in high schools across Western and Northern Canada and will be published in May 2012.
I will be starting a new partnership with Gallery 4N5.
Based in San Francisco, they will be handling some select pieces of my artworks.
Im looking forward to working with them in 2012.
I will have a personal online store with them soon.
